What this website collects, why, for how long, and how to use your rights under Thailand's PDPA.
Who we are
This website belongs to Jomtien Sauna & Gym, 386/125 Moo 12, Jomtien, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand. In this notice, "we" means the business that runs the venue. It explains what this website collects, why, for how long, and the rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), the PDPA.

What this site collects
We keep what we collect to a minimum, and this site has no accounts, no online payments and no email forms.
- Button clicks. When you tap a button to call us, get directions or open a messenger app, we log which button it was, the page and language, the date and time, and whether you used a phone or a computer. We do not log your name, phone number or email address.
- The question form. Where the form appears, it asks for a topic, an optional first name and an optional message of up to 300 characters. There is no phone or email field. Sending it opens your own messenger app with the message ready to send, and we keep a copy of what you entered in our log.
- Spam protection. To stop automated abuse we store a
one-way scrambled code made from your IP address, never the address itself. - Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as the pages requested and the time of the request, to keep the site secure and running.
Why we may use this data
- Button clicks, spam protection and server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working, secure and useful (PDPA section 24(5)).
- The question form: to act on your request before you visit (PDPA section 24(3)).
Cookies and consent
This website sets no cookies of its own and shows no cookie banner, because nothing on it needs your consent today: there is no embedded map, no analytics and no advertising tracker. The Directions button simply opens Google Maps in a new tab.
If we ever add an embedded map or analytics, the site will ask for your choice first with a banner, a Cookie settings link will appear at the bottom of every page, and we will update this notice before that happens.
Services that open only when you tap
- Google Maps. The Directions button opens Google Maps in a new tab. Nothing loads from Google before you tap it.
- Phone and messenger apps. Call, WhatsApp, LINE or Telegram buttons open your phone or that app only when you tap them. From then on, that provider's own privacy policy applies to the conversation.
- Google reviews badge. Where the rating badge appears, it is a plain link to our Google listing; nothing loads from Google until you click it.
How long we keep it
Your rights under the PDPA
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop or restrict how we use it. You can object to its use and ask for it in a format you can take elsewhere. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
How to contact us about your data
To use any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp at 064 931 0369, which also gives you a written record of your request, call the same number, write to us at the address above, or speak to the staff at the counter. For our address and map, see how to find us. We will reply within 30 days of receiving your request and may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on a request.
Changes to this notice
If we change how this site handles personal data, we will update this page and its date. This notice was last updated on 25 October 2026.
