Prices: Day Entry, Gym Passes & Memberships

There are three kinds of pass. Pick the one that matches what you came for, then the length that matches how often you will come.

• Sauna is the pass for guests who come for the heat: the sauna and steam room.
• Gym only is for training and nothing else.
• Sauna + gym combines the two for people who lift first and sweat afterwards.

If you want to be sure the ice bath or the outdoor swimming pool is part of your pass, ask at the counter before you pay. People who mainly train will find the details of the hall on the gym page.

Then choose a length. 1 day is a single visit. 10 days: ask whether it means ten visits or ten days in a row before you buy. 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year are memberships for regulars and long-stay guests, and their terms (start date, validity, freezing) are explained at the counter.

A few sums help. A one-month sauna membership (2,400 ฿) costs the same as 12 sauna days at 200 ฿, so it saves money from the 13th visit. Sauna + gym for a day (280 ฿) costs less than a sauna day and a gym day bought separately, and its one-month membership (3,000 ฿) beats the day rate from the 11th visit. For gym only, a month (1,200 ฿) costs only a little more than the 10-day pass (1,100 ฿), and a year (12,000 ฿) works out at the same monthly rate as three months (3,000 ฿). If the 10-day pass counts visits, each sauna visit on it costs less than a day pass.

Training only? The gym-only pass comes as a single gym day, a 10-day pass and memberships of one month, three months and a year.
